The Bridge carries a footway over Portaikos River, and connects a local Monastery with the neaby village, Pyli.

It is a cable stayed Bridge comprising three spans (24.00+54.00+24.00m) of 102.00m length in total. The deck is constructed by in-situ Concrete, is 2.00m wide and 0.50 thick. It is supported by two, reinforced concrete, "A" type pylons. The pylons are 14.00m high and are founded on rigid unreinforced concrete blocks.

Cables are anchored on the top of the two pylons. Each of the 32 cables that carry the deck, has 3 cm2 section. The cables are prestressed and carry their forces to the deck through octagonal RC cross beams.
